Thank You to My First 100 Followers (+75 and 1 more)
Ever since Medium gave everyone the “have 100 followers or you are out” ultimatum, I finally decided to put in some work from September 2021. I read up on the countless articles of how everyone did it, and I followed through with everything that was taught. The good news is, it really worked.
I’ve gained my first 100 followers in December 2021. But what came after was even more amazing. I gained an additional 75 followers and on top of that, my very first email subscriber! I am thus extremely, super-duper grateful for the community at Medium. It was amazing to see everyone chipping in to read each other’s work. And for once, have someone else read my writings and musings, other than customers, lecturers, and my wife.
I have since become more encouraged to let people around me know that I have my work published here on Medium. Previously, I tried my hardest to hide what I did here from everyone around me. My writings were always imperfect in my eyes. Well, for 2022, for better or for worse, I have decided to go forth and let them know what I do here and publish my profile on all my social links.
I know that I still have a lot to improve on. So please, let me know what’s good or bad, comment or clap. Just nothing toxic alright? :)
